1. Flight Bookings
- Cancellation fees depend on airline policies.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7-10 business days after deduction of applicable charges.
2. Bus Bookings
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the journey.
- A nominal cancellation fee will apply.
3. Hotel Bookings
- Refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
- Non-refundable rooms and peak-season bookings may not be eligible for refunds.
4. General Rules
- Convenience fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
